Exactly the help you need

You’re about to conduct research, and you need some assistance. There could be many reasons for this. Perhaps you’re a designer testing for the first time. Or maybe you have plenty of experience with research but just need some extra hands. Whatever the reason: we’re here to support your research. And we’ll take on whatever role is needed.

Basically, it comes down to three options:

Thinking along

A small push, someone to help you sharpen the script for your UX test—that’s all you need. We call this ‘thinking along.’ One of our researchers will join for half a day to get you ready for your test.

Reinforcement

Need just a bit more help? Then our researcher will support you from start to finish. We’ll conduct the entire research together: kick-off, interviews, and a brief analysis afterward. You can learn from an experienced expert.

Complete service

Don’t have time to do the research yourself, or just want to hand it all over? Then two of our researchers will conduct the UX test for you. From the kick-off and preparation to interviews and reporting.
