Group interviews are an excellent way to gain insight into the goals, needs, and frustrations of your users or customers. Group interviews bring an interesting dynamic. Participants engage in discussions, complement each other, and assist one another. This reveals stories that may otherwise remain hidden.

How do we organize your focus group?

Participant recruitment

Based on your requirements, we select suitable participants and invite them to engage in discussions on specific topics. Everyone participates at the same time. We suggest having a group size of at least 6 and a maximum of 8 individuals. This allows everyone to have enough time to share their thoughts during the sessions, which typically last 1.5 to 2 hours.

Research facilities

We arrange your focus group at our partner location in Amsterdam-Zuid or through our remote lab. For the desired group dynamics, we recommend an in-person setting. You can always observe, and recordings are always made. These recordings can be viewed for up to 90 days through a password-protected platform.
