Our lab is designed to make everyone feel at home. Work alongside your team all day long in a cozy environment without interruptions.
Comfortable interview spaces
Connect with your audience face-to-face in our inviting interview spaces. Our setup includes professional cameras, so no need to peek over their shoulder. And with eye-tracking, you will see things from their point of view.
Spacious observation rooms
In our observation space, your whole team can watch interviews live. Collaborate and brainstorm using whiteboards and sticky notes to ensure no insight slips away.
Capture button
In the observation room, you'll find the big yellow button. Press it, and the action from the past 90 seconds will be instantly saved as a highlight. You can also safely review these clips for 90 days after the research day.
What does a day in the lab look like?
We believe it's important for you to have a carefree day in the lab. That's why we handle everything for you, so all your attention and energy can be focused on the research.
Livestream and recordings
Colleagues can watch live online via our livestream. Afterward, all footage can be reviewed for up to 90 days.
Technical support
During the research day, the technical support is on hand. Should any technology issues arise, we'll promptly resolve them for you.
A host is ready to assist you
You will be pampered with delicious snacks, drinks & lunch to keep everyone energized and ready to go.
No manual needed
Our lab is user-friendly. Easily switch between devices from mobile to desktop and back again.
