What does a remote testing day look like?
During remote testing, we're here to lend a hand from a distance. Our host keeps you informed about the schedule and digitally welcomes the participants. When you are ready, we will let the participant in and you can get started.
Technical support
During the research day, the technical support is on hand. Should any tech issues arise, we will quickly resolve them for you.
Participant tech-check
We check the audio, video, and connection to minimize the chances of any hiccups during the research session.
Livestream and recordings
Coworkers can tune in online through our live stream. Afterward, all footage can be reviewed for up to 90 days.
