Welcome to our London lab

Participants, researchers and teams – everyone feels at home in our comfortable lab. We designed our spaces and technology so you can focus on getting the user insight you need.

Website, mobile and product testing

Be in the room with your audience while they test your website, app or physical product. Use screen-recording and eye-tracking to see their point of view, while our professional cameras and microphones record their body language and feedback.

Flexible space for all your research

We tailor our interview room to fit your research. Focus group or 1:1 interview in comfy chairs – yes. Test a Smart TV app or VR like in a living room – check. Play mat and toys for parents with toddlers – why not?

Workshop tools included

Use whiteboard and sticky notes to capture every insight in our observation room, then bring your team together in a workshop so they leave our lab with a clear list of actions they can start actioning the next day.

Fully accessible

The elevator takes you from the entrance reception up to our spaces. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet, breakout benches and a quiet room if you or your participants need them

What does a day in the lab look like?

We believe it's important for you to have a carefree day in the lab. That's why we handle everything for you, so all your attention and energy can be focused on the research.

Livestream and recordings

Colleagues can watch live online via our livestream. Afterward, all footage can be reviewed for up to 90 days.

Technical support

During the research day, the technical support is on hand. Should any technology issues arise, we'll promptly resolve them for you.

Snacks and refreshments

Good coffee, drinks, fruit and snacks are included to help you stay focused. Upon request we can also provide a lovely sustainable lunch.

Almost any device

Combine testing on multiple devices easily. Mobile, desktop, physical products - even VR if you wanted!
