Carousels

Collect a ton of insights

Carousels provide an accessible way to present concepts, designs, or prototypes to your users or customers. By scheduling a carousel monthly, you can gather feedback regularly. With new insights in hand, you can continue improving your product.

What do carousels look like?

Participant recruitment

We recruit 5 participants for each carousel based on your criteria. By selecting basic criteria, can be used in various ways.

1-on-1 conversations

Researchers have 1.5 hours per carousel to ask one-on-one questions or present designs, prototypes, and concepts.

Rotation is key for diversity

Respondents rotate every 15 minutes between (online) breakout rooms, while researchers remain in the same room.

Regularity is important

On a regular basis, such as every other week or monthly, organizing a carousel provides a steady flow of feedback.

How do we organize your carousel?

Participant recruitment

For different topics in one carousel, you need respondents who meet basic criteria. If you choose a more specific topic, it makes recruiting more complex. We find the right people and make sure they are ready in the correct (digital) space.

Research facilities

We arrange your carousel either onsite or through our remote lab. For the desired focus during the short interviews, we recommend our remote lab. This prevents any distractions during room changes. Each researcher, designer, or copywriter participating receives a brief instruction before the research.
