Accessibility
Research for all
Inclusive research is essential. This includes research for digital accessibility in healthcare, ensuring that apps and websites are accessible to everyone, including those facing challenges. Additionally, we aim to narrow the digital divide for individuals living in socially vulnerable situations or lacking adequate digital skills. Will you join us?
Digital accessibility
Participant recruitment
In our network and panel, we have participants with physical/motor challenges, autism, limited vision, dyslexia, or limited hearing. The setup for a research day with these types of participants differs from those without challenges. This includes considerations such as the sample size per research day or the length of interviews.
Research facilities
Depending on the type of challenge faced by the participants, we decide whether the research will take place in our UX lab or remotely. In some cases, we have no choice, and the challenges of the respondents determine the location. In such instances, we bring the lab to the respondent with our pop-up UX lab. This ensures there's always a suitable solution available.
Closing the digital gap
Participant recruitment
Access to certain technology, such as a laptop or smartphone, isn’t a given for everyone. Yet, there comes a time when everyone will need to engage with it. It’s essential to include these individuals in research. We have participants with limited digital skills within our network and panel. Additionally, we are continuously expanding our network by recruiting participants offline who live in socially vulnerable situations.
Research facilities
Depending on the context of the research, we decide whether it should take place at an external location using our pop-up UX lab. Like a shopping mall in a big city or the café around the corner. Does it make more sense to use our UX lab in Amsterdam or conduct the interviews via our remote UX lab? Everything is possible.
